Mass Discount Center provides eligible customers with a 90-day return period.
Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within:
90 days from the date of delivery
Return requests made after 90 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or covered by an applicable manufacturer warranty.
Free Returns
Eligible returns are free.
For approved returns requiring shipment, return instructions and an applicable prepaid return shipping label may be provided.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns accepted under this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returned products should generally:
- Be returned within 90 days of delivery
- Include applicable accessories
- Include parts originally supplied with the item
- Not have been intentionally damaged
- Not have been improperly modified
- Be packaged safely for return transportation
Used and Open-Box Products
Used, open-box, clearance, scratch-and-dent, and similar products may show signs of previous use, handling, cosmetic wear, or packaging damage.
Such items should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer should contact us promptly.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:
- Return
- Replacement
- Refund
- Other reasonable solution

- Customer name
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Do not ship a product back without first receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Original Shipping
Standard shipping is free, so there is normally no original standard shipping charge to deduct from an eligible refund.
Large and Oversized Products
Large televisions, refrigerators, appliances, furniture, and other oversized products may require special return arrangements.
Customers should contact us before attempting to return an oversized item.
