Order Cancellation Policy

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Mass Discount Center as soon as possible.

Before Shipment
If an order has not yet entered final fulfillment or shipment processing, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
After Shipment
Orders that have already shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Customers may instead use the applicable return process after delivery.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
When an order is successfully canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Financial institutions may require additional time to display the refund.
Product Availability
We may also cancel an order if:
- The item becomes unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorized
- A material technical pricing error occurred
- We cannot reasonably fulfill the order
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.
