New Products
New products may include the applicable manufacturer's warranty when provided by the manufacturer.
Mass Discount Center does not extend, modify, or guarantee a manufacturer's warranty unless specifically stated in writing.
Used and Open-Box Products
Warranty coverage may be different for:
- Used products
- Open-box items
- Clearance products
- Display models
- Scratch-and-dent merchandise
Any known warranty information applicable to a particular product should be stated on its product listing where appropriate.
Warranty Claims
A manufacturer may request:
- Proof of purchase
- Product model
- Serial number
- Description of the defect
- Photos

Customers may contact us if they require reasonable assistance obtaining purchase information related to their warranty claim.
Warranty and Returns
Our 90-day return policy is separate from any manufacturer warranty.
A product eligible for return may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
After the return period expires, qualifying defects may still be covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
