Product condition may include:
- New
- Used
- Open-box
- Clearance
- Scratch-and-dent
- Display merchandise
- Refurbished merchandise, where specifically stated
New Products
Products identified as new are sold as new unless otherwise clearly stated.
Used Products
Used products may show:
- Cosmetic wear
- Marks
- Scratches
- Signs of prior use
- Packaging differences
Known material condition information should be disclosed on the product page.
Open-Box Products
Open-box products may:
- Have been removed from original packaging
- Have damaged packaging
- Have replacement packaging
- Show minor handling signs
Scratch-and-Dent Products
Scratch-and-dent products may have cosmetic imperfections.
Such imperfections do not necessarily affect normal product operation.
